Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Anime's Blu-ray Disc Set Ships on October 28
Pre-orders open on August 26
On Thursday at Anime Expo, of America declared that they will launch the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime in a complete Blu-ray Disc set in North America on October 28th. Pre-orders will be available starting August 26th. The limited edition will contain a new jacket illustration (shown in the first visual), a booklet, a storyboard book for episode 10, a two-year anniversary visual poster (shown in the second visual), and a cel-style sheet.
In 2025, of America will launch the anime series in Latin America on Blu-ray Disc, while Anime Limited and Plaion Pictures will do so in Europe. Sugoi Co will release it in Australia and New Zealand. Although the company hasn't disclosed pricing or specific editions yet, they plan to share that information at a later date. Additionally, DEX has been tasked with bringing the anime to Thailand.
On May 28th, Aniplex made available the anime series on Blu-ray disc format. This release contains audio options in Japanese and English languages, as well as subtitles in Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese languages.
Netflix launched Cyberpunk: Edgerunners in September 2022, which is an anime adaptation of CD PROJEKT RED 's video game Cyberpunk 2077. This game is based on Mike Pondsmith 's tabletop RPG game series.
An artist named Asano created a prequel manga called "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Madness," which was written by Bartosz Sztybor of CD PROJEKT RED. This manga was launched on Comic Alive+ in December and is currently being released in seven languages other than Japanese. Dark Horse is publishing the series in English in print form.
