With Vengeance, Sincerely, Your Broken Saintess anime's stream debuts on Thursday
On Wednesday, Ani-One Asia revealed that they have acquired the rights for the TV anime version of Kōcha Agasawa 's romantic comedy manga "You and I Are Polar Opposites" (Seihantaina Kimi to Boku), as well as the light anime adaptation of SORAJIMA and Aminohada 's "With Vengeance, Sincerely, Your Broken Saintess" (Kizu Darake Seijo Yori Hōfuku wo Komete) webtoon.
In January 2026, Ani-One Asia will release its new anime series titled "You and I are Polar Opposites". This series has been licensed by Ani-One Asia for distribution in Greater China, South East Asia, and South Asia regions.
In January 2026, the anime will be released in Japan with Sayumi Suzushiro playing Suzuki and Shōgo Sakata portraying Tani.
At Lapin Track, Takakazu Nagatomo is overseeing the production of the anime. Teruko Utsumi, who has written the script for Sarazanmai and also serves as its animation producer, is involved in this project as well. Mako Miyako has designed the characters for this anime, while Naho Kozono has taken on the role of sub-character designer and chief animation director, along with Sayumi Sakimoto.
Chieko Nakamura, who has worked on both "Saint Cecilia" and "Pastor Lawrence," serves as the art director for this project. Tomoyuki Shiokawa, known for his work on "The Promised Neverland," has been appointed as the director of photography. Yuki Akimoto, who has previously worked on "SHOSHIMIN: How to become Ordinary," has been tasked with color design for this project. Yuushi Koshida, who has experience with "My Happy Marriage," has been assigned to handle 3DCG. Masayuki Kurosawa, who has worked on "Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez," has been appointed as the editor for this project. Wataru Osakabe, who has experience with "Pompo: The Cinéphile," has been assigned to handle 2D design for this project.
